The Tri-City INDEPENDENT FAN FILM FESTIVAL will spotlight short films made by fans on limited budgets but unlimited imagination.

First Call - June 1st, 2009
Final Deadline - September 10th, 2009

Awards
-Best Fan Film Award-To be the best of the best "Best Fan Film" award your production must be longer than 10 minutes, and shorter than 60 minutes. Entries can be animated, live action film, or a mix of both.

-Best Fan Film Short-To qualify in this category your short video must be in the range of 10 seconds to 10 minutes. Anything longer must be entered into the "Best Fan Film Award".

-Best Fan Trailer-This is an award for the best editing wizardry in creating a fan trailer.

-TCIF3 People's Choice-This is an award given by the festival attendee's.

Festival Entry Fee: $20.00 (US)

Film Formats: DVD, Mini-DV or CD with broadcast quality Divx, mpeg2, or mp4 file(s)
